OK, I did search this forum on copyrighting, and I also Googled it and went on to the LOC.gov site to check it out. If this has already been covered, my apologies, but I can't find an answer.
My question is, how do you copyright a flash animation? I have copyrighted my artwork a zillion times using the VA (visual arts) form, but now I need to copyright my first cartoon I made in Flash. Flash animation is different from the visual art I have copyrighted in the past since there is a script, sound, and (most importantly) moving pictures. Is it using the PA form? Also, does the copyright office accept swf files? mov files? What are acceptable files? I only saw video tapes and film under the performing arts section, and my work is not on video.
Does anyone know?
