Hello everyone,
This is not my first post, but badly I haven't been here for a long time. Now, I really need your help (Experts in the Animation industry) and everyone knows about this tough business.
I've reach a level in my working process (over 15 years), where I'm about to establish a company and set-up an animation studio (2D Classical/cut-out Entertainment Productions), and I've got all the support (thank god) from a financial and business planning resources.
What I want to achieve now, is an Animation Business Plan (which is required from me and all of us in our business). Which would include all the informations about the Animation Industry (Specially in the middle east, where we're from) and informations gloabally, as well as financial expenses, incomes, loses, competitors, ect.
Our plan (1st step) in the Production area, is to produce our Pilot for the show, which is:
2D (Classical/Cut-out) animated series for TV
22-25 episodes
10-13 minutes per episode
We've finished the main concept of the show, the characters designs, the scripts, and we're working on the storyboards, BUT the Business Plan is our step to take now, which will help us to get involved (officially) in the business, and to start with a financial budget, and set-up all the requirements, regarding the equipments and other expenses.
