Entertainment Lawyer?

So I am having issues with finding an Entertainment Lawyer in Delaware. Does the Lawyer have to practice in my state? I am sure I can find one in Philadelphia, but I was told they have to be in Delaware, which is a small state to begin with! Someone please help me out on this one, because I am lost!

Why not just contact a larger legal firm and ask if they can recommend a entertainment lawyer in the state? That or contact the local Bar Association, or Legal Aid office, as they should have connections to any and all kinds of legal aid your state offers.
