Hell everyone. I need some advice if you guys don't mind. I'm thinking pitching a action/adventure/superhero cartoon to the networks. I'm in the process of doing the copyright now. I'm a writer/artist, but I can write better than I can draw. I'm working on a bible now. I did most of the character designs already and bios for all my characters.

But he's where I ask for advice. I know I need help with mechanical drawings like armor, robots, and vehicles. So I was wondering if I should get a team together to help me out with this project or just continue practicing to be the whole threat?

I'm needing help on this because having a cartoon show has always been a dream of mine.

Plus, what some ways to actually pitch the show next to going to the company?

I'm sorry if I'm asking too much. I'm new at this. Thanks in advance.

I think the best thing you need to know is if you can draw the mechanical designs decently, I've seen character and mechanical designs that aren't perfect but they get "the point across". I've also seen design bibles being done by one or two artists only, so if you think your design skill isn't good enough for robots, etc I suggest if you can find another person who will help you at a inexpensive rate then that would be a more efficient way.

Designs and design bibles can be very tedious and sometimes expensive work if outsourced, and that is why I came up with the motto "the more you do yourself, the more money you save".

Thanks for the advice. I was thinking about using AutoCAD to do the mechanical drawings, since it was a breeze for me back in school. Thanks again.
