Quicktime issues

I am animating a project in Flash CS4, and I forgot to animate in HD format. Thus, all my animation had to be re-sized to fit the stage. That was not the problem, the problem is when I export the movie in QuickTime, it's messy and animation that has passed on the time line are still visible. Is this a Flash or QuickTime problem? Please help me :eek:
