nice animation alot of it does'nt look like it's done on flash but looks like drawn animation of sand on glass. never get round to learn flash but must do so if you can do that kind of on it. keep up the good work.

I want to say this as softly as I can...

Either learn to draw, or learn to composite with Flash before you send stuff like this around. It's not that it's bad. Conceptually, it's awesome:)...but it's sloppy in a not-so-psychadelic way.

I really like the character designs, but I don't like that you didn't take the time to put it together like a champ. I have no trouble with new animation, but this industry is flooded with animators of all ages thanks to the computer, and when things like this get around too much, it makes the industry of animation look BAD.

The parts have potential as a whole, but do it right. Don't rush. Many people believe animation is something that can be done with the press of a button...and my friend, that's exactly what yours looks like and that, as I'm sure you'll agree, is NOT the way it's done at all.

Keep practicing and don't take this response the wrong way. It's good stuff, but it needs a lot of polish...and that goes for everything that I saw on your site. It looks too hurried for ideas that clearly show a lot of love.

I'll be damned if I'm going to say I am a master of this kind of thing, but there must be more than pretty pictures to get attention.

I think Madaman's appraisal was a little harsh. After all you did say they were experimental works. I think they show a lot of promise in new directions that I haven't seen lately.

Look forward to seeing the finished train piece.

Indeed, I am harsh.

Why? Because I think pats on the back are for sissies. There are always things that work in animation if something is made to begin with. Getting things to work at any level is a feat on its own. I totally agree that with some more time, the stuff I saw here could be kickass:)

But,

If everyone told me that everything that I did was great. I'd just stay there thinking that I couldn't get any better, and I know that this animator can.
Hell, if you saw many of my animations, about 90 percent of them don't have completed color or have unclean animation sequences.

I didn't mean to sound like a dick when I left my message. sorry.
I just want to see good stuff and I don't feel entirely out of line by saying what's wrong if someone is advertising their work. I expect no less when showing mine. I ask that if anyone ever does, they can say what they feel not say what I want to hear. Fair enough?

Again,
sorry for sounding like a dick.
I say things because I care dammit:)

Adam
