I thought it would be interesting to toss around some 2d animation program ideas. I am interested to hear if anyone can suggest a suitible gui framework , and also if there are any ideas on intigrating vectors and bitmaps etc.
I was in a discussion on another board where they were questioning why there wasn't a free flash compatible animation program around since macromedia allows their format to be used (import/export etc.).
