Director and AVI problems

I am having problems with my avi not showing up after I publish them. Need help. I am using Director and AVI's from 3ds max and Adobe Premier. In Director I import my Avi's and then I try to publish the director movie only to see that my AVI's won't show up?? :confused:

Please try followings:

1. try DTS (direct to stage) on
2. video sholdn't have alpha channel
3. encode video in familiar codec
4. lower frame size and rate

It may work now.
