Mouth Positions

Does anyone know where I can get a chart of cartoon mouth positons. I've seen references to 8 cartoon mouth positions but never actually seen a chart or image of them.

The standard 9 shapes were originally detailed in the book Cartoon Animation by Preston Blair (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/asin/1560100842) (possibly not the first to invent and use them, but certainly the first to widely publish and explain them).

A quick Google finds a copy of Preston Blair's illustration (http://minyos.its.rmit.edu.au/%7Erpyjp/a_notes/mouth_shapes_01.html) from the book.

3D interpretations of these mouth shapes have been made available by various artists, for example see the following:
