I like to know how much it will cost for 20 minutes of 3d animation with 3 characters and BG, in Indian Market and in US Market.

Yeh, really it seems like it's impossible to get a straight answer to that question out in any public place.

Personally I think a reasonable bid for the job including conceptual work, storyboarding, modelling, programming and rendering is about $30,000.00 in any market but you can definately get the job done for less or you could spend countless millions on it.

It all depends who you are, and who does the job. Also, to a lesser extent, what the specific criteria are..
