Sorry for being so blunt, or "clear as mud" gang :-) I have a new client in pre-production for a 11-min pilot whom wishes to use only US based animators for a project.

Therefore I'm scouting additional "exp" freelance animators to consider in addition to my current pool of contacts for a possible contract. You must be willing to offer a great hourly / project rate for the IP with the potential of a regular gig therein.

This is a educational grant funded project so first round budgets are very tight until we deliver a pilot at the end of phase 1 for continued funding over 3-years.

Thus send me links to your fully produced work and your hourly rate and/or quote for a completed 22:00 pilot in 2d. Once we find candidates you will be offered further details.
