nice design,
she could be more appealing if you remove the 'sad' eyes expressions.
also, never forget that never ever create the legs/hands in the same position, its a rule made up in the disney days (i forget the rule name.. its somewhere in the illusion of life book) - puting legs/hands in the same position gives lack of character, less pose and appealing.

overrole its cool,
work on here more, try mabye make her a bit older :)

Great model man. Besides what Shany said, I think the only thing bothering me about those 3 is the facial expressions. Change them up a bit and make the eye expressions go along with them. I think it'll drastically improve the appeal of your character. Just a thought!
