Why not run the numbers to see if animation--the whole of a production--can be done HERE ( in North America, or the United Kingdom) as opposed to the cheap route via India/Asia.
Its already a known fact that the service work can be done for a cut-rate over there--its a mystery why its not "feasible" over here. If a study is going to be of any use, it really should attempt to answer a question that hasn't been answered, rather than just parrot something already known.
