I left nyc, moved across the country somewhere near the desert, stopped
drinking and stopped working. Sometimes i felt i needed an army of me to get
through this massive shift.

Army of Me is an animated movie I recently finished. It took one year to
make.

Description : 5 minute mixed live-action / animated movie about a vacant dry
ill-libido desert wastelands of robotic female bounty hunters and rock
formed males. Aggressive pursuit of a pursuer. Chapters and moments of this
environment : a climactic chase and irrigated subway art nouveau tiled joy.
Dust and haze and dryness and a glistening lack of moisture. When you heat
up sand - you get glass.

That was a gorgeous movie!

Interested in the hardware you used to create it. The drawing and image scenery worked VERY well together. The sound worked as well.

I wasn't very interested in the story. Too belly-buttonish. I hope you hook up with a good writer. So much talent deserves a great story behind it.

I have to say i love these types of things that have a style all their own.Very remniscent of some of the animation for Pink Floyd the wall (not style wise) but with the emotion and energy those peices would invoke in me.The music in my opinion "fit" perfectly.One of the best shorts Ive seen in awhile, you should be very proud.Bravo!
