i heard about a lot of 2d programs like
toon boom
animo
toonz etc

which proffesional program is being use for drawind and animation an anime (such as love-hina,kanon,cobits...)?

It's hard to tell, but any of these you mentioned could do the job.

im working on an animeish type movie and im going to try flash but thats only because i dont have money for anything elce.

really you would like to know what is best for it ratherthan which do the pros use althouhm most the time its the same

Guys, Daniel's right. Any program.
Although for waht it's worth, Toonz brags that the entire Spirited Away was done in it.

Well, In my contry, the TV Studio uses something calld CTP, and the Movie studio uses Toonz. I showed my version of Toon Boom to the TV guys, who were always complaining about CTP, but couldn't figure out how they could share stuff among several users in Toon Boom Studio.

a lot of japanese anime is done with Retas i think.

yes, Ghibli uses toonz but of course all their animation is still done traditionally...on paper

i like Mirage a lot, its the only (affordable)paperless 2D program that has good looking lines (no vectors)
