Smile Books on Business of Animation

I am the author of a book for novices on the business of animation. This book focuses on 3ds max, maya and lightwave. Another publisher than the one with whom I have previously worked asked me to propose a book of the same type for a different animation program. My question is this: Does anyone know of a book or books in print which contain useful information on how to start an animation business? I know there are lots out there on how to actually animate - this is never a problem with so many wannabes out there. The business aspects, however, are where the rubber meets the road. I'd like to know what else is out there if anyone would care to make a suggestion or two.'

Many thanks.
